A few things you might need:

  • An umbrella (if rain is forecast)
  • Bug spray… they have especially big teeth in the summer… (the bugs, not the ghosts!)
  • Camera (Cell phone) – you never know what you might catch…
  • Water / beverage – it can get hot
  • Comfortable walking shoes, or you will be dead on your feet!

It is not a difficult walk. We stop regularly along the tour route so walking is roughly 2-3 minutes between stops at a comfortable pace. Please let your guide know if you need extra time.

Our tours go rain or shine, however we may cancel a tour in the event of severe weather. If this is the case, we will notify all guests and issue a full refund or reschedule at your convenience. Please make sure to leave contact information at time of booking so that we can get in touch with you.

Yes, our tours are wheelchair accessible. We still recommend some caution as there are some uneven pathways.

Although our family friendly tour is suited to most ages, our stories and areas that we walk into are pretty creepy, so we do recommend parental discretion. Children under the age of 12 are permitted, however parts of the tour may have a negative impact on children under the age of 5. Please note, out of courtesy to the other tour guests, parties with toddlers or babies that disrupt the tour may be asked to leave.

Tips for your tour guide are not included, but are very much appreciated.
